Real Estate - Poconos - Business picking up?

Busines is picking up here in the real estate world of the Poconos for me over the last few weeks. Are any of you other Pocono realtors noticing the same thing or any of you other Realtors close by?  I am very curious to know. Especially since the last few weeks seem to have been the worst of the stock markets. Sometimes business is not logical. According to the media business should be dead but instead it has been picking up. This is a good thing. I am very happy that this is happening and naturally so are my clients.

Would a logical analysis be that instead of investing in the stock market some people have decided that the world of real estate investment is a much better place to put their money, a better risk to take.

Makes sense to me. As we know, everything is cyclical. Now is the time to buy real estate and hang on to it until the market turns around, cash in when it does, and realize a stronger return on your money than the risks of the stock market.

So, that being said, is it going to last? I sure hope so.

Will the market continue on a gradual upswing once the presidential election is over?

I welcome your comments and analysis points. Thanks!
