The Average Sold Price for September 2014 was $112k, up from $105k for August but down from $138k for September 2013.

 

The Average sold price for Monroe County for September was $143k.

 

NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD IN LONG POND PA FOR SEPTEMBER:

 

The Number of Homes Sold for September 2014 was 10, up one from 9 for August and up from 8 for September 2013, 5 of them were foreclosures. That’s 50% of the sales for the Month.  The foreclosure rate in the Long Pond PA Real Estate Market is still way too high.

 

The Number of homes sold in Monroe County for September 2014 was 224, UP 27% from last year.
