AVERAGE SOLD PRICE IN POCONO PINES:

 

The Average Sold Price in Pocono Pines for April 2014 was $262k,  UP 4.45%, versus $251K for April 2013. Positive Numbers - Great !!

 

NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD IN POCONO PINES:

 

The Number of Homes Sold in Pocono Pines for March  2014 was 6, down 50% from 12 for April 2013.  Very surprising since County wide the number of homes sold was again UP.

 

YEAR TO DATE STATISTICS FOR POCONO PINES 2014:

 

The Average Sold Price in the Pocono Pines PA Real Estate Market for 2014 is $236k, versus $254k for YTD 2013. Disappointing.

 

The Number of Homes Sold in the Pocono Pines PA Real Estate Market for 2014 is 25, Down 7% from 27 for YTD 2013. Disappointing news too.

 

The number of homes sold in Monroe County in the Poconos has been on the increase for 18 months in a row now. This is the Best Real Estate Market that the Poconos has seen in years. A wonderful Trend we hope continues for some time to come!

Interesting Pocono Pines Market report Bobby. I think the sales decrease is similar to other areas and hopefully will stabilize giving us a good year.
