I agree Bobby. If you are driving home and thinking about moving and then open your mailbox to find a good looking post card from a trusted Realtor chances are you will get a call, the info is right there. I know cause it has happened to me.

Bobbie,

I have also found that a big percentage of sales are coming from neighbor's families who are looking to move closer to each other. Mailers are still a good way to expose your listings to the neighborhood.

Bobbie, the key is exposure.  The more people that are exposed to a listing, the better chance that one of these folks will either have an interest or know someone who does.

It is a numbers game..the more people that are exposed to a new listing the better chance of finding a buyer! There are many on the lookout for a home for a friend or family member..never know who will pass it on to someone!
