The Number of Homes Sold in the Hamilton Township has taken a NICE RISE - 9 Sold in May of 2013 versus 6 in May of 2012.


The Year To Date (YTD) Number of Homes Sold in Hamilton Township is up to 21 YTD versus 19 YTD for 2012. UP AGAIN!

 

AVERAGE SOLD PRICES


The Average Sold Price of homes sold in May 2013 for Hamilton Township was $301k compared to $238k in May of 2012. UP AGAIN!


The YTD Average Sold price of homes in Hamilton Township is $212k compared to $166k for YTD 2012.  UP AGAIN!

 

ACTIVE LISTINGS


The Number of Homes available for sale in May for Hamilton Township is 56 compared to 60 for May of 2012. Less competition is a good thing if you are trying to sell your home.


The YTD Number of homes available for sale was 102 compared to 108 for YTD 2012.
