The Pocono Township Real Estate Market Summary for January 2013 is shown in the graphs below.
Now these are the numbers that we like to see in our Current Pocono Real Estate Market. The Average List Price has dropped (following the current market) and the Average Sold price increased.
The Number of Homes Sold in the Pocono Township Real Estate Market Summary decreased in January of 2013 when compared to last year. This does not follow the current Pocono market trends and hopefully this is just a fluke, especially with all the pendings that we currently have.
The other good news is that the Absorption Rate for the Pocono Township Market Summary has dropped from 15 months to 11 months. This is good news for homeowners who are trying to sell as there will be less competition for your home. That means more showings, better chances of selling.
The Number of Pending homes in the Pocono Township market is currently at 12 and this is the same as it was last year at this time. At least it stayed even and did not drop.
