Bobbie: A very thorough explanation of the Reeders PA real estate market.  It would be great to get to a balanced market in 2013.

I really enjoy examining the numbers around the nation to see how our friends are doing. Looks like a 10% increase in solds if '11 is slightly beyond 89% of the stat. I suppose it's because of the declining average sale price ytd. Thanks for posting.

Hi Anita, It sure would. I cannot wait for that to happen again.

Hi David, I do the same thing. As the market continues to improve in other areas I know it is only a matter of time before it reaches our market.  It is amazing how some markets are already in a Sellers market whereas others are still very much in a Buyers Market.

Looks like the market has begun to improve in Reeders, PA.  Good economic news should keep this trend going in the right direction.

Hi Bill, Thank you.  The consumer needs to remain informed on their current Market that's for sure.

Hi Gabe, Yes, several markets in our area are finally seeing improved sales so we are all hoping that an improvement in pricing is right behind the improved # of sales. Thanks for stopping by.
