Thanks to funding from SANOFI PASTEUR our 4th grade children will get to continue hands-on learning on The Environment and Ecology.
One of our special wetlands area, The Tannersville Bog, has helped 4th graders in the four school districts of Monroe County have hands-on learning on the importance of protecting our wetland areas, and how these areas impact our Ecology and Environment.
Unfortunately due to budget cuts this program had been removed from the schools curriculums.
NOW, thanks to SANOFI PASTEURwho has agreed to fund the entire program, it is once again going to be available to our children.
This is wonderful! Along with The Monroe County Conservation District Board and Staff, I too would like to offer my THANK YOU to Sanofi Pasteur for contributing to one of the important aspects of education for our children.
