If you’re planning on selling your house in Boynton Beach, then you’ll want tomake sure it’s in move-in ready condition and that it will appeal to the Buyers. You want your Buyers to see it as their new home.
You like your house, at least you did when you bought it. But what will potential Buyers be thinking? What’s going on in their heads?

Seller#2- This seller wants to sell their house and move on to their own new home. They’ve hired a Home Stager to help them with a plan to make their home market ready. They’ve listened to their Realtor and priced their home so that it can compete. They’ve added a fresh coat of neutral paint; improved their curb appeal; updated older light fixtures and hardware throughout the house and packed up and stored items that they won’t need.Buyer’s walking through this seller’s house will be picturing having breakfast in the sunny area off the kitchen; they’re planning summer cookouts on the spacious patio; and they can move in as soon as they close on the house.
If you want Buyers to begin to think of your house as their new home it’s important make sure they can SEE it.
