FAMILY REUNIONS - BRINGING BACK MEMORIES OF YEARS GONE BY!

The Colvin Girls 2012We ventured off to the Colvin Family Reunion yesterday.  The reunion was held in the little town of Fleetville PA and I have not been back there for many years.

As we are driving down the small Country road all those memories of the times you spent there as a child start coming back to you.

-That is where my Grandmother lived. The fun we used to have on that porch as a kid and she always had the biggest, best raspberries in town.

-There's my Aunts old store.  We were in there a time or two, that's for sure.

-There's my Aunt's old restaurant.  I always loved going there and the food was so good.

And here are the Colvin girls themselves, short one. Glad that most of them made it.

Hope we all get to do it again in a few years!

Bobbie- isn't it nice that no matter the miles or years, when you get together with family it's always like coming home again!  Thanks for sharing this with us.

Hi Kathy, It sure is. Made me feel very old though.  The ones I knew as kids are now adults with kids of their own. LOL
