Natural setting, large lots, lake access, wildlife and only 30 bucks a year for HOA fees. Sign me up Bobbie! Seriously, sounds like a wonderful neighborhood.

It is very popular as you can tell by the low number of homes for sale there and none being sold there this year.

Love the deer next to the sign Bobbie.  Aptly named subdivision as it must be a Wild Haven.

Gabe, plenty of wild life around for sure.  For some it is good (love to watch them, feed them) and others hate them (gardeners, because they eat all our flowers and shrubs). But it was perfect timing on my part that the deer just happened to be standing there eating at the time.  I thought that was great.

Are there noise ordinances in Pocono Wild Haven Estates? There are a few dogs that live across the street, you can’t even sit out on your deck in the evening without them barking, CONSTANTLY! We both work all day, and want to relax in the peace and quiet. Last Friday it was for 2 hours, and Saturday 2-1/2 hrs without stopping. Please tell me what we need to do. Didn’t want to contact police because it’s not an emergency, but it certainly is annoying!
