MARKET STATISTICS REALLY DON'T MATTER, DO THEY?

Market statistics in the Poconos

 

Do you take the Market Statistics into consideration when you are getting ready to List Your Home for Sale in the Poconos or when you are getting ready to Buy A House In The Poconos?

 


You should.  As you can see when you compare the two charts shown here.  If the List real estate market statisticsprice is close to the Pended and Sold prices it increases your chances of selling in an average time frame.



If you are buying a home then you want to pay Fair Market Value and the statistics can help determine where that "Fair Market Value" price is.

Bliz, You are very, very good at your presentation of data too.  Helping people understand the Market is important when meeting with them otherwise, how else can they make an informed decision

You are so right Bobbie.  If sellers fail to understand what the rest of the market is doing, they can either over price their home and never sell it, or under price and miss out on the full potential.

I have found that stastics are a great way to bring sellers AND buyers into the real world. I always read anything I can gt my hands on.  Also having a handle on area stastics can make a much more interesting conversation.
