Sunnybrook Farms is one of the No Dues Communities located in The Poconos of PA.

Sunnybrook FarmsSunnybrook Farms is located in Chestnuthill Township, off of Sugar Hollow Road with a mailing address of Saylorsburg, PA 18353 but located closer to Effort, PA.  They are a small Community of around 30 homes all on 3+ acre lots.  So if you are looking for PRIVACY, this could be the Community for you.  3+ acre Communities are rare in this area.

Sunnybrook Farms is a No Dues Community of the Poconos and since there are no dues, no amenities are offered within this Community.  Their roads are paved and public therefore maintained by the Township.

The current real estate market shows that no homes are available for sale within Sunnybrook Farms at this time, 0 are pending and none have closed this year.  I guess this Community is a keeper.  3+ acres with your home is rather nice.

Bobbie: With large lots and plenty of privacy I bet Sunnybrook Farms is a popular community in the Poconos.

Hi Anita, since it is rare to have this kind of acreage, yes it is.

No dues is a big benefit and draw to Sunnybrook Farms.  I can't resist this: Does Rebecca still live there?
