Hello Bobbie, Looks like a great place and the fee is not that bad.  Do you ever do anything around Bear lake outside of summit hill?

Hi Will, Bear Lake does not ring a bell with me, Sorry.  I can look into it if you would like me to. Thanks for stopping by.

I looked it up and it is close by, at the other end of Carbon County, and I do not get out that way too often.  30 years, now that is a lot of years of enjoyment.

We are relocating to pocono mountains in March. We would love an indoor pool, an acre of ground to ride an ATV, poss. a lake, stream or beach nearby and a fireplace. We would love to have a view of mountains also. What communities can you suggest?
