The Number of Homes sold for the June in Monroe County Pocono homes was 128, down 12% from last years number of 147.
The Average sold price of those homes was $137K, down 10% from last years number of $153k.
June was a slow month for sales in Pocono Market Trends for 2012 however the number of pending homes has gone up so hopefully these number will look much better in July. Must have been a lot of graduations and graduation parties that more buyers did not come out and buy themselves a new home in this FABULOUS BUYER'S MARKET.

The average cumulative days on the market were 206 days for the homes sold in The Poconos of PA in June.
The average sold price per square foot for the month was $73.36 whereas the average list price was $81.05
per square foot of the sold homes.

Wow Bobbie, I figure Monroe County would be doing better then 2011. It is amazing here in Denver, we have increase home sales that we are back to a seller market.
