Pocono Laurel Lake is a community of around 250 homes located off Laurel Lake Road in Bartonsville, PA.
Many of these homes were built back in the 1970's but of course there are newer homes there too.
It is conveniently located just a mile north of Monroe Career and Technical School.

The Lake at Pocono Laurel Lake is approximately 5-10 acres however it sure appears larger than that
when looking at it. It provides a nice setting for fishing or having a picnic lunch on a beautiful day in The
Poconos of PA.
Pocono Laurel Lakes association dues are $150.00/year (2009 rate). They charge $150 for the Resale
Certificate when selling your home and charge $150.00 transfer fee(2009 rate) when buying a home in their
Community.
Bartonsville PA is commuter friendly. Just a few miles from I-80 and from Route 33 in The Poconos of PA.
Also, nice and close to the new shopping center which houses Lowe's and Kohl's and several restaurants.
Just across the street from that is another shopping center which houses Giant (grocery store)
and Red Lobster as well as various small stores like Dollar General and AT&T.
