UPDATE ON THE DISAPPEARING BUYER

Well, the buyer finally appeared via an email to his agent and apologized for the delay in responding however due to personal circumstances they needed to withdraw from the transaction.  This was approximately one week after the scheduled closing date and you were right, those that repsonded to my blog, they expect their deposit back. Wow!
