Real Estate Technology - who besides me can always use more information on this subject. Thanks go out to Brad who did this great post for us and informed us of this group that many of us may have missed. Loaded with great info. I know I'm going to be learning something new today ! Hope you do too.

The ActiveRain Real Estate Technology Group is a public member forum and is now inviting all members to join and participate in our group.  We will be selecting an additional 3-5 moderators before year-end and will also be putting more focus and attention on our contributor's content for group featured posts.

The group started back in 2007 and has now grown to over 1450 members with over 4200 Real Estate Technology posts available.  You don't have to be a member of the group to enjoy and benefit from the blog posts and entries there, but we'd love to have you join if you're interested.

The Real Estate Technology Group is now one of the Top 100 Groups on ActiveRain out of the 7200 plus that are currently available. I couldn't agree with you more.  If one could only keep up with the technologies or know up front which ones save us time/money and create more business.

Thanks, Bobbie, I am bookmarking this for reading when the fall chores are DONE!  I am not very techie, but am willing to learn!

Good points Lawrence. If only.

HaHa. Good luck with those fall chores Ron. Mine are never ending it seems. The leaves fall here in NE PA faster than I can blow them away or clean them up. It's good for the waistline though (haha)

For argument sake if AR users could have a rating system for each tech type software/system, we could get a better look or at least a picture of worthwhile systems.  i.e. Value, efficiency, purpose, ease of use(learning time), functionalitiy

Great idea Lawrence. There are so many of each type of technology to choose from a rating system would be helpful.  Some technologies I don't like and others I do so some personal preference does come into play also.
