POCONO SOLD DATA - #SOLD, JULY 2008 VS JULY 2009

Pocono Sold Data for Monroe County for the month of July of 2009 compared to July of 2008, number of homes sold for the Month.

In looking at the statistics you can see that it was a mixed month, mostly down for the Month, however there were some townships that saw no change from year to year and a couple of others that were up in the number of homes sold for the month.

The total number of homes sold for Monroe County for the month of July 2009 was 119. In comparison to last year when the total for the month was 153, that calculates to a 22% reduction in the number of homes sold for the month. NOT GOOD NEWS. I'm sorry to report these facts. Next blog will be the average sale price for the Month of July.

As always, information was obtained from flexmls on 8-1-09 for Monroe County and is deemed reliable however I am not responsible for typographical errors. Thank You!
