NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD
For June 2013 in Poconos Real Estate Market Trends the number of Homes sold has gone up again! This now makes 8 months in a row. For June 2013 174 homes were sold and this is UP BY 27% when compared to last year which was 136 homes sold for June 2012. GREAT NEWS!
AVERAGE SOLD PRICE
For June 2013 in Poconos Real Estate Market Trends the Average Sold Price of those homes sold has gone up again. For June 2013 the Average Sold price is $143K whereas the average sold price for June 2012 was $137k, UP 4% FOR JUNE. GREAT NEWS!
Other Important Statistics in our Pocono Real Estate Market Trends for June 2013:
The Number of Foreclosures Sold for the month was 23.5%, down from previous months.
The Average Days on the Market dropped by 5% from June of 2012.
The Absorption Rate for June dropped 28% from June of 2012.
The Sold to List Price Ratio rose from last month.
