I want to go to Longwood Gardens in Philadelphia, PA. Can you imagine how Beautiful their Tulips must be. At least I think so. Maybe their season is over since ours is just beginning here in the POCONOS. Normally I do not get the advantage of seeing Tulips in my POCONO GARDEN due to the deer however, SHHHH, Don't tell them, I actually got a few tulips this year. As soon as they came up I put some fencing around them.
If flowers and gardens are not for you perhaps there are some other fun items you would like to try in the POCONOS such as Whitewater Rafting or A Great Game of Golf here or one of the many other great Golf courses of the Poconos. How about doing something good for the environment - THINK GREEN! - there is an Earth Day Cleanup at Promised Land State Park on Saturday, April 30th. Great exercise, cleanses the soul.
Hopefully that is a start for helping you to find something FUN to do this weekend. I hear the weather is supposed to cooperate (at least for the most part).
